The prestigious Jaguar Academy of Sport Awards is Jaguar's leading sport and lifestyle event of the year. The star studded evening provides a showcase for the Academy of Sport and celebrates the Best of British sporting achievements across 2012, with a particular focus on those athletes and performances that have helped to inspire the next generation.

This year, we will be welcoming the very best of British sporting talent to The Savoy in London on Sunday 02 December 2012.

The Awards are unique in British Sport in terms of their peer recognition, with the judging panel formed by the Patrons and Ambassadors of the Jaguar Academy of Sport, many of the most famous sportsmen and women in the nation.

Every year, the Jaguar Academy of Sport honours five of the best performing young athletes from the Jaguar Academy of Sport Bursary Programme with the 'Rising Stars Special Recognition Award'. These talented youngsters represent the next generation of British sporting talent and success and have shown, through their commitment to their sport and their career performances so far, that they have great potential for the future.
