It was a great result for Jaguar Academy of Sport Ambassadors Jessica Ennis and Sir Chris Hoy as they stormed to victory this weekend.
Britain's golden girl of athletics was left speechless and stunned after smashing her 60m hurdles personal best with an impressive 7.87 seconds, the fastest in the world this year, beating American Danielle Carruthers to the line at the Aviva Grand Prix in Birmingham.
Sir Chris Hoy also gave a world-class performance at the UCI Track Cycling World Cup at the Olympic Velodrome, taking home three medals.
Chris seems to be in his best form since winning gold in Beijing four years ago, after completing a stunning performance in the Olympic test event with victory in the individual sprint and keirin events, as well as winning bronze in the team sprint with Ross Edgar and Jason Kenny.
