Athlete Resume
Ben is an off-spinner who has represented Leicestershire Young Cricketers from the age of 10 and has been selected for the Midlands. In 2009, he won the best bowler award at the Bunbury Festival which is the showpiece for the U16 players.
Ben studies at Uppingham Community College and is part of the Leicestershire Academy. He represents his county age group side, Market Harborough CC in the Premier Division plus his local club Sunday team. Ben helped Market Harborough CC become ECB Premier League champions picking up 36 wickets in the process. He was also an integral part of the Uppingham Town CC side that won promotion last year. In July he was selected for the U17 England team v Sri Lanka U19 in a one day game and he hopes to gain more international experience this season on his way to becoming a professional player.
