Athlete Resume
Crystal trains extremely hard on the track and road as well as undertaking an extensive strength and conditioning programme that includes weights, pilates and sports massage. She also travels to Newport or Manchester most weeks for extra training to improve her track skills.
Crystal has really developed over the last 12 months. This year should see her start to gain more international experience over 3,000m pursuit and 500m time trial. She competes at both disability and able-bodied events and was selected for the World Championships in Canada and World Cup in Spain this year. She is one of three athletes selected onto the GB Para-Cycling Talent Team.
Crystal has recently started an MSc in Sports Nutrition at Loughborough University.

Aims
- Get a full race season under her belt
- Selection for the 2011 World Championships in Spain

- Win a medal in a Para-Cycling factored 500m/1000m sprint race
