Athlete Resume

Eddie has been making steady progress throughout the last year and will continue to compete in national and international competitions throughout 2011. He is the current British U17 and U18 champion and is now the youngest lifter in the U23 categorary. He is aiming to become the top ranked lifter in Great Britain as he strives for selection onto the GB Senior squad.

He began weightlifting at school and now trains five days a week for two to three hours at a time. His main goals are to win the British Junior title, qualify for the European Junior Championships and gain more Great Britain selections.
