Athlete Resume
James is a long distance runner. He has a fantastic track record in the cross country event and specialises in the 3,000m steeplechase on the track. Aged 20, he is already ranked number one in the Under 23 age group in the UK and 12th in Europe.
While studying at Birmingham University, he trains about 14 hours a week including gym work, running sessions and any prehab work. James has represented Great Britain on numerous occasions at age group level and is hoping to become Olympic champion one day.
