Athlete Resume
Richard is currently studying and competing for The University of Edinburgh. He started his season with medal winning swims at the Scottish Short Course Championships in January and BUCS Championships in February and reached the 50m Freestyle final at the British Gas National Championships in March. Richard will be targeting the Scottish Gas National Open Championships in Glasgow in June. Richard has between six and ten swimming sessions a week of at least two hours each and four weight training sessions.
